The aim of the Civil Air Transportation Management Program is to educate qualified human resources equipped with the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required by the aviation industry in accordance with national and international standards. The program aims to train individuals who are professionally competent to work in the operational, administrative, and logistical processes of the air transportation system, including apron and ground handling coordination as well as the planning, execution, and control of flight operations. It is also intended that students graduate as professionals with strong analytical thinking skills, effective foreign language proficiency, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic structure of the aviation industry.

To educate individuals who can work in airline companies, airport operations, and ground handling services, and who are knowledgeable about pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operational processes.
• Ground Handling and Operations Management Competency
To train personnel who can plan and coordinate ticketing, passenger traffic procedures, cargo operations, and apron/ramp services, and effectively manage operational processes.
