The aim of the department is to provide graduates who think analytically, are creative, can make decisions and apply them, are compatible with both individual and teamwork, have entrepreneurial and leadership qualities, can analyze and solve problems, question, researcher spirit, can take responsibility, are reliable, have knowledge of computer software and hardware technologies needed by the market. Our graduates are proficient in operating systems, computer network architectures, multi-media desktop publishing technologies, desktop and web-based application development, etc. they are trained as experts who are experienced in subjects, know database architectures and applications.
Our graduated students can take a position in the information processing centers of institutions and organizations operating in the public sector and private sector.
Computer technology offers opportunities in business life that no sector can give up and ignore today. The use and development of computer software is one of the main requirements of the workforce today, not only those who specialize in computers, but also those who will turn to other fields. Our graduates can easily find jobs in the service sector in positions such as technology supervisor and technical manager assistant.
The aim of the program is to train technicians who have the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems related to computer technologies and who aim to apply what they have learned in the best way; who know their professional, moral and social responsibilities; who respect people and society.
