Architectural restoration program aims to train the technical staff work for conservation cultural and natural heritage. The technical staff is needed who has relevant knowledge and awareness about conservation and restoration; has process information; has practical and theoretical skills; recognize the importance of the issue working in offices, construction sites and laboratory studies by architectural restoration sector. By preparing students to the sector, we will be serving for a considerable amount of increase in the quality of the education in our country. In addition, the courses of the program will be offered by the lecturers who have professional knowledge in the field. The curriculum of this program includes the knowledge of measured drawing techniques, materials, law and legislation, construction, architectural details, architectural and fine arts history.
The Architectural Restoration Program aims to enable students to gain relevant knowledge and awareness about conservation and restoration in accordance with technical skills like as measured drawings so as to improve better professional practices.
The total credits required for the satisfactory completion of the curriculum are 67 credits. The program additionally requires two internships each enduring 40 work days.
