Mezuniyet Törenimize katılacak öğrencilerimizin dikkatine!
25-26-27 Ağustos 2020 tarihlerinde gerçekleştireceğimiz Mezuniyet Törenlerimiz için fakülte bazında tören gün, saat ve kep-cübbe temin edilecek yer bilgisi aşağıda yer almaktadır.
Covid 19 sağlık önlemleri kapsamında bir öğrenci sadece 2 misafiri ile törene katılabilecektir.
Törene katılacak öğrencilerin aşağıdaki katılım formunu 20 Ağustos 2020 Perşembe gün sonuna kadar doldurması zorunludur. Formu eksiksiz bir şekilde doldurup gönderdikten sonra tarafınıza onay maili gelecek ve fakülteniz tarafından aranacaksınız. Onay mailini göstermeyen öğrencilerimiz kesinlikle törene alınmayacaktır.
COVID-19 salgını kapsamında alınan önlemler nedeniyle maske takılması, sosyal mesafe kurallarına uyulması zorunludur.
Her öğrenci ve misafirleri kendisi için bildiren saatlerde kep, cübbe alımına gelecektir ve sadece kendi tören saatlerinde kampüse girişine izin verilecektir.
Öğrencilerin tam saatinde tören alanında olmaları ve düzenli bir şekilde kendilerine ayrılan yerlere sosyal mesafe kuralını bozmadan oturmaları zorunludur. Geç kalanlar törene alınmayacaktır.
Kep atımından sonra tören alanı bir sonraki tören hazırlıkları nedeniyle hızlı bir şekilde boşaltılacaktır.
Tören sırasında diploma dağıtımı yapılmayacaktır.
Attention, students attending our graduation ceremony!
For our graduation ceremonies which will be held between 25-26-27 August 2020, the ceremony day, time and place information to be provided on the basis of the faculty are given below.
Under Covid 19 health measures, a student will be able to attend the ceremony with only 2 guests.
Students attending the ceremony should fill out the following participation form by the end of the Thursday, August 20, 2020. After you complete the form and send it, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be called by your faculty. Students who do not show the confirmation e-mail will definitely not be admitted to the ceremony.
Due to the measures taken in the context of the covid-19, wearing a mask and obeying social distance rules are mandatory.
Each student and their guests will come to the taking of a cap, robe during the informed hours, and will only be allowed to enter the campus during their own ceremonial hours.
Students are required to be in the ceremony area at full time and to sit regularly in the places allocated to them without breaking the social distance rule. Those who are late will not be allowed to attend the ceremony.
After the cap throw, the ceremonial area will be quickly emptied due to preparations for the next ceremony. There will be no diploma distribution during the ceremony.
