In the Department of Logistics Management at Istanbul Okan University, which provides education in English, many aspects of logistics management are addressed by focusing on technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. In our department, studies are carried out especially on the concepts of Sustainable and Innovative Logistics and E-logistics.
In addition to basic courses such as Supply Chain Management, Production and Operations Management, Warehouse and Inventory Management, and Transportation Management, which are carried out theoretically, language education opportunities are provided in German, Chinese, Russian and Arabic as well as English.
In addition, our students' skills in logistics management are developed through many activities, joint projects carried out with the sector, internships, International Exchange and Erasmus+ programs and projects.
Thanks to our Logistics Preparatory School, Business Strategy Laboratory and Trademaster Finance Laboratory, technological opportunities are offered for the development of our students.
Thanks to our existing collaborations with logistics companies, our students' development is supported by taking advantage of contemporary educational solutions such as field and case studies, panels, conferences and internships held with our stakeholders in the sector.
