Financial Registration Renewal: Regular undergraduate students are required to renew their financial registration at the beginning of each academic year. For irregular students, financial registration renewal may be required at the beginning of each semester.
Course Registration: In addition to fulfilling their financial obligations, all students must complete their course registration with their academic advisors at the beginning of each semester.
Graduate Students: Master's and PhD students are not required to renew their financial registration annually. However, they must fulfill their financial obligations according to their payment plans and complete their course registration with their academic advisors at the beginning of each semester, during both the coursework and thesis stages.
Residence Permit Updates: Students who renew their financial registration annually are required to submit an updated copy of their valid residence permit card to the International Office at the beginning of each semester.
