Registration Renewal for Undergraduate Students

REGISTRATION RENEWAL FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS (EXCEPT FOR MEDICINE AND DENTISTRY STUDENTS )

  • Each undergraduate student has to make registration renewal before the begining of each academic year .
  • Registration renewal is done on a yearly basis
  • Graduate Students do not need to make registration renewal . They should meet their payment plans

HOW TO MAKE REGISTRATION RENEWAL

  • You have to pay half of your tuition fee (written on your acceptance letters) for registration renewal as a 1st installment
  • Remaining amount should be paid in 2 installments
  • Whole tuition fee should be paid till 10th of December, (academic year in which you are studying), so whole tuition fee needs to be paid in 3 installements in total till 10th of December, (academic year in which you are studying)
  • Payment is not enough for registration renewal . In order to finilize your registration renewal you have to submit your payment proof or receipt to Finance Department and get your signed payment plan

REGISTRATION RENEWAL (KAYIT YENİLEME in TURKISH) IN FINANCE DEPARTMENT/TUZLA CAMPUS

Payment can be made online or via Money transfer to IBAN, after making your payments please go to Finance Department with the receipt or proof of your payment and finilize your registration renewal by getting your signed payment plan from Finance Department

REGISTRATION RENEWAL(KAYIT YENİLEME in TURKISH) FROM A DISTANCE, WITHOUT COMING TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT.

STEP 1) Please pay your registration renewal fee via online payment or money transfer to IBAN

STEP 2) Fill out the attached form considering you will finish your installments by December 10th (academic year in which you are studying). Specify your installments to pay on the 10th of the month
*Your name, surname , student number , the amounts of installments and date of installments should be written on the form

STEP 3) Please send this form together with your receipt or proof of registration renewal payment to all below 3 addresses ;
