O’LEARN Blackboard is a networking service which aims to find new ways of learning and connecting; it is accessible anywhere and at anytime through computers and cellphones.

Blackboard is designed for students, to facilitate their academic life by viewing course items and announcements, take assignements and tests, participate in discussions, interact with instructors and much more. With this service, students can prioritize or organize their work and even see their results. International Students Office can communicate with international students via the Blackboard. Students can have access to their Blackboard accounts by receiving a specific school name code, user ID and password from the university.

Blackboard is working as a collaborative tool between the application and the institution’s Blackboard Learn server. The application is available on iOS and Android mobile devices.

HOW TO USE O’LEARN BLACKBOARD
In order to attend your classes please follow the steps below:

  • Enter O'learn with your username (your student number ) and password (your OIS password)
  • Click on cources ( you can see on ois what time your cources start )
  • Click on the cource and on your left side you will see Collab (all of your online cources will be in Collab)

Your assignments and quizes will be on Blackboard. Your instrıuctors will notify you about it.
If you want to watch previous cources follow these steps;

  • After clicking Collab you will see three lines (under Blackboard Collaborate Ultra) next toSession.
  • Filter by section, change that filter toSession In Range.
  • Left side by the filter you will see dates, only change the left(side) date around August (doesn't need to be specific)
  • After changing the date you will see all previous classes.
