The Robotics Laboratory provides a modern research and learning environment designed to teach the fundamental principles of robotics and automation technologies through hands-on engineering education. In this laboratory, students reinforce their theoretical knowledge across a wide range of robotics engineering domains—from mechanical systems and control algorithms to sensor integration and autonomous systems—through experimental applications.

The laboratory equipment allows students to explore real-world robotics applications. The active suspension experiment set enables the study of dynamic system behavior and control principles, while the DC motor experiment set supports in-depth understanding of electric machine performance and control. In addition, PIONEER 3-A mobile robot platforms provide opportunities to conduct experiments in robot navigation, environmental perception, and intelligent motion planning. The QBot unmanned vehicle experimental robot offers hands-on training and project development opportunities in autonomous and remotely controlled vehicle systems.

Sensor experiment kits available in the laboratory demonstrate how different types of sensors—such as distance, speed, and acceleration sensors—are used within robotic systems. Students learn how to acquire sensor data, apply filtering techniques, and utilize sensor inputs in control decision processes. Through these resources, students gain the ability not only to understand robotics theory but also to develop scalable and modular designs applicable to real engineering systems.

The Robotics Laboratory serves as a powerful interdisciplinary learning platform.
