Dear Students,

The duration for completing a non-thesis master’s program is three semesters. Students who fail to complete the program within this period will be dismissed from the University.

Students who have successfully completed their coursework and wish to graduate in the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year must submit the documents listed below to the Institute Secretariat in person by June 30, 2026 at the latest.

Required Documents:

• Final Project Evaluation Form
• 1 hardbound copy of the project
• 2 CDs containing the project in PDF format
• 1 plagiarism report (Turnitin, iThenticate, etc.)
• AI Usage Report (Pangram)
• Generative AI Usage Statement
