The Aim of the Program

The main objective of this program is to train competent members of the profession of dietetics by increasing their skills, awareness and academic achievements. By completing this program the graduates will be able to analyze and find solutions for nutritional problems in the community and the individuals; be engaged in educational and policy making activities; able to plan diets suitable for individuals by taking into consideration their physiological, psychological, economic and sociological conditions; able to organize educational programs at all level including institutional food service staff; able to manage the food and nutrition services in all public organizations, hospitals and other food production facilities; able to fallow developments in the academic world by increasing their potentials both in computer use and foreign languages.
