The Associate Degree Program in Sports Management aims to train qualified professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet the needs of the sports industry and sports businesses, and to stand out in the sector. Our program offers a comprehensive learning experience through course content designed in line with current sectoral demands and practical training sessions.

Courses are delivered by an academic staff composed of experts with significant experience in the private sector. In addition to core subjects such as sports marketing, sports law, sponsorship management, sports finance, sports business management, and human resources management, students can choose from a wide range of elective courses designed to make a difference in the industry. These include sports and sign language, athlete management, football, basketball, volleyball, sports anatomy and physiology, training and movement science, fitness, wellness, boxing, swimming, racket sports, chess, and drama.

To enhance students’ understanding of the cultural and motivational aspects of sports, we offer a unique course involving sports films screened in our cinema hall. Through these films, students experience iconic stories from sports history, critical decision-making moments in sports management, and the power of team spirit. Leadership, teamwork, ethical values, and sports psychology are also analyzed through the films, contributing to both the professional and personal development of students.

Our students gain both theoretical and practical competencies, giving them a strong start in their careers. Additionally, the program includes a mandatory internship, allowing students to engage with the industry before graduation. Our Career Center has collaboration agreements with approximately 2,500 institutions, significantly facilitating internship placements. As a result, students can undertake internships in a wide range of organizations—from sports clubs to federations, private sports facilities to event management companies—ensuring a smooth entry into the industry.

The program also provides international opportunities. Through the Erasmus exchange program, students have the chance to study abroad and experience different approaches to sports management. This helps them acquire the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to the dynamics of the global sports industry.

Graduates of our program can pursue careers in public sports institutions, municipal sports departments, sports clubs, and federations, as well as in private sports businesses, sports event companies, and fitness centers. Many of our alumni have already reached prominent positions in the sports sector, proving the success of our program.

We welcome all students who wish to specialize in sports management and gain a strong foothold in the industry to join our Associate Degree Program in Sports Management.
