Applications to Istanbul Okan University are made through Online Application.
Submit your educational documents to OIS System. Grades will be transmitted electronically and evaluated by the Recruitment Team and related Institute.
If you do not have a certificate from the acceptable exams in our list you may take the Okan English proficiency exam.
YOUR APPLICATION Track the status of your application through OIS System. We'll send you information about your application details.
RECEIVING YOUR CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE LETTER Read your offer letter carefully to understand the type of offer you have received.
In order to complete your preliminary application you need to submit your advance payment (1.000 $) for the tuition fee, if you want to stay in dormitory you also need to pay 100$ deposit payment in order to guarantee your place, together with the receipt via our online system and by e-mail. The advance payments will be deducted from the package price upon enrollment, so it is not an extra payment.
RECEIVING YOUR FULL ACCEPTANCE LETTER After you make the advance payment and submit the receipt to the OIS system, you will receive a Full Acceptance Letter.
NEXT STEPS Apply for a visa. You can apply visa with your full acceptance letter, or contact us if you need a visa support letter.
The equivalency is a process of recognition foreign diplomas taken from higher education institutions abroad. You can also get Equivalency through the Turkish Embassy / Consulate in your country or after reaching Turkey.
OFFICIAL REGISTRATION When you come to the University and complete your full registration, you must get your class timetable. Register for classes online on OIS System. You will find your advisors through the same system.
