List of Those Eligible to Participate in the 2020 Contract Term Erasmus+ Mobility Program

Erasmus success scores (Language score 50% and GPA 50%) were taken into account, and the Erasmus Final Score was calculated according to the evaluation criteria and weighted scores table used in evaluating the mobility applications in our previous announcement.

The list of those who took the exam on 28.09.2021 and who were entitled to benefit from the Erasmus program for the 2021-2022 academic year Spring semester has been announced. The first 44 people are the main list and the ones marked in yellow are the backup list. Students with disabilities are required to submit necessary documents.

You can get detailed information from your department/Faculty coordinators. It is important that you learn about schools and languages of instruction before making a choice. (All information are subject to change due to covid-19 and administrative reasons.)

Students who will participate in the study mobility can submit their University Preference PetitionsThey should send us an e-mail approved by your department coordinator to erasmus@okan.edu.truntil 02.11.2021. (Our office will directly contact those who may qualify from the back-up list/ reserves.)

Candidates who have taken the foreign language exam but want to use another valid language score must enter the relevant language score option and score from the system. In addition, they should attach the documents showing this score to their application documents (by uploading a copy to the files section in the system) and send them to our address erasmus@okan.edu.tr.
