Erasmus success scores -Language score 50% and GPA 50%- were taken into consideration, and the Erasmus Final Score was calculated according to the evaluation criteria and weighted scores table used in evaluating the mobility applications in our previous announcement.
The list
of those who took the exam dated February 12th-14th, 2024 and who were eligible
to benefit from the Erasmus program for the Fall semester of the 2024-2025
academic year has been announced. If any student who is selected eligible for
grant would like to cancel Erasmus+ Mobility, the grant would be given to the
next student on the list. In such a case, the student will be informed directly
by our office via e-mail.
Students who are in the status of backup can benefit from learning and
traineeship mobility without a grant if they wish.
Students
who will waive their right to study mobility should send their Waiver Petitions to erasmus@okan.edu.tr until March 4,
2024 (at 23:59). (Our office will directly contact those who are
eligible among the substitutes)
In order to object to the results, our students should send their objection
petition to erasmus@okan.edu.tr until 4 March 2024 (at 23:59). The final
list may change after the appeal petitions are evaluated. You need to follow
the announcements on our website.
