Within the scope of Erasmus+ Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals (KA131) Program, students will be selected to undertake internships abroad during the 2025-2026 Academic Year. It is planned that 6 students (including Faculties, Institutes, and Vocational Schools) will be designated as Main Candidates for Student Internship Mobility in the 2025 Contract Period. Associate Degree students can apply only for internships. Undergraduate and Graduate students can apply for both study and internship programs. Applications will be made online; the application period will start on 17/11/2025 and end on 01/12/2025 at 23:59. Applications sent by post or delivered in person to the office will not be accepted.
Erasmus English Exams
- Written exam: Will be held in the classrooms of the Foreign Languages Coordination Office at Tuzla Campus.
- Speaking exam: Will be held in the classrooms of the Foreign Languages Coordination Office at Tuzla Campus; only students who pass the written exam can participate.
- Exam dates and times will be announced later on the Erasmus website.
- English exams taken in preparatory classes or preparatory periods are not valid.
Applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
Evaluation Criteria:
- Students from all faculties will be ranked according to the general scoring system determined for Erasmus+ Internship Mobility (academic success and language score).
- Only the highest-scoring student from each faculty will be included in the quota.
Quota Allocation:
- If more than one student from a faculty ranks within the top 6, only the highest-scoring student from that faculty will be selected; other quotas will be allocated to the highest-scoring students from other faculties.
- To ensure fair distribution among faculties, quotas will only be given to students ranked first from each faculty.
Important Notes:
- Erasmus+ KA131 Internship Mobility is not a foreign language learning program. The candidate must have sufficient language proficiency to carry out their internship abroad without problems.
- Internship mobility procedures must be completed by 31 July 2027.
- Internships can only be carried out in Erasmus program countries.
- Our university has decided to provide a grant for a 2-month duration.
