ERASMUS+ STUDY MOBILITY 2026 - 2027 ACADEMIC YEAR APPLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

STUDENT STUDY MOBILITY

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals (KA131) Program, students will be selected to study abroad during the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2026-2027 Academic Year. It is planned that a total of 22 students will be selected as Main Candidates for Student Study Mobility across the University for the 2025 Contract Period. Associate degree students can only apply for internships. Undergraduate and Graduate students can apply for both study and internship programs. Applications from departments without agreements will not be accepted.

Applications will be made through the TURNA PORTAL and will open on 17.11.2025 and close on 01.12.2025 at 23:59. Applications via mail or in-person submissions to the office will not be accepted.

The Erasmus English Written Exam will take place in the classrooms of the Foreign Languages Coordination Office at Tuzla Campus. The classrooms for the written exam will be announced on our website. The oral exam will also be held in the classrooms of the Foreign Languages Coordination Office at Tuzla Campus, and only students who pass the English written exam will be eligible to take the oral exam. Announcements regarding the exam dates and times will be made later on our Erasmus website.

Important Note: The Erasmus+ KA131 Student Study Mobility Program is NOT A FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAM. Candidate students are expected to already have sufficient language proficiency to participate in study mobility abroad without issues.

Important Notes:

  • Two scholarship quotas have been allocated for each faculty.
  • However, if no applications are received from a faculty, the remaining scholarship quota will be transferred to the faculty with the highest number of applicants. This transfer will be made based on ranking and score superiority.
  • Quota numbers are estimated and may vary depending on the application results and the total scholarship amount provided by the National Agency.
  • Students will be funded for one semester in the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
  • Students who prefer mobility in the Fall semester and wish to continue studying in the Spring semester should apply considering that they will not receive a scholarship for the second semester.
