Dear Students and Employees of Istanbul Okan University,
For our students who want to participate Erasmus+ study mobility and for our employees at Istanbul Okan University who want to participate Erasmus+ staff mobility, the Online English Written Language Exam will be held on February 10th, 2022, and the Online Oral Language Exam will be held on February 11st, 2022.
All students who want to participate study mobility in spring semester in the 2022-2023 academic year should apply at this call. Students and employees must complete their applications through the online system between 17 January 2022 – 04 February 2022.
All students and employees who want to take the exam are required to complete their online application via kimoerasmus. Our written and oral exams will be carried out on our University's O’Learn Blackboard system.

The application deadline is February of 4th, 2022 (Turkey Time) at 11:59 pm. After our students complete their online applications, the session announcement will be made by our Foreign Languages Coordinatorship via O'learn.
In order to make your application valid, you must press "Complete Application Process" button in the system. If the applicant do not finalize the online application, they cannot take the language exam. You must choose Erasmus + from the program codes that will appear during online application. Photos, contact information (Mail & GSM) are required for applications. You should use your OKAN e-mail as your e mail address.
If you are applying for the first time, click on "pre-apply to the Erasmus exchange program." You need to create your account via the link, and then enter the Turkish ID number in the "User Name" section. For the password you have to use OIS system password. Students who do not take one of the written and oral exams are automatically eliminated.
Our contract renewal process continues with all of the partner universities that appear on our website and kimoerasmus. There is a possibility that the agreements will not be renewed.
(The agreement status will be confirmed during the submission of the preference petitions of the candidates who pass the exam.)
Exam Participation Conditions:
Being a full-time student at Istanbul Okan University (Applications cannot accepted from a minor)
Cumulative grade point average must be at least 2.20 for undergraduate and 2.50 for master's and doctorate.
Students who want to participate in the study mobility must be able to get 30 ECTS for one semester. Minimum credit load for Master's and PhD students is 30 ECTS for one semester.
Foreign Language Score: Minimum 60/100 points
The exam will be free.
Internship mobility applications will be done in Spring semester.
In accordance with Article 4.2.4 of the Erasmus Implementation Handbook, 5 points will be deducted from the total scores of the Erasmus mobility applications of the applicant who have applied for the exam but did not take the exam.
