Students are kindly reminded to submit the front and back copies of their current or renewed residence permits as soon as possible in order for the university systems to be updated accordingly.

Scanned copies of the residence permits should be sent to the following email address: student@okan.edu.tr

Please note that failure to submit the required documents may result in the inability to obtain any official documents from the university. Additionally, students may not be recognized as active students in the government system, and their registration may be canceled in accordance with the regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
