You can reset your password using the IT Kiosks located at various points on our campus or via the STU web page.

PLEASE NOTE!
At the end of the reset process, your new password will be sent to the mobile phone number registered in the Student Affairs System (OIS). If your phone number has changed, please do not forget to update it at the Student Affairs Office.

NO. Your student accounts are automatically deleted if your affiliation with the school ends (graduation, freezing registration, etc.). THEREFORE, before your relationship with the school ends, you should stop all services linked to your student account and back up your files and emails.

Additionally, accounts that have been inactive for 2 years are automatically removed.

Simply enter your @stu.okan.edu.tr email address in the field specified on the page and click BAŞLAYIN (GET STARTED). Then, enter the required information along with the verification code sent to your Okan email and click BAŞLAT (START).

You may need to log out and log back in to use Office online after completing your registration process.

Note: This license covers the online plan only; it is not valid for desktop versions. The password you create for Office365 is independent of your email password.
