01 August 2025

In the Erasmus+ Key Action 1 Individual Learning Mobility (KA131) program, students will be selected to study abroad during the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. During the 2024 contract period, 12 students will be selected as main candidates for student mobility for studies across the university. Undergraduate students can only apply for internships. Bachelor's and Master's students can apply for study or internship programs. Applications from departments without agreements will not be accepted.

Applications will be submitted through the TURNA PORTAL from August 20, 2025, to September 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Applications submitted by mail or in person will not be accepted.

The Erasmus English written exam will be held on September 8, 2025, in the Foreign Languages Coordination classrooms at the Tuzla Campus. The exam classrooms will be announced on our website. The speaking exam will be held on September 10, 2025, in the Foreign Languages Coordination Office classrooms at the Tuzla Campus. Only students who pass the English written exam will be eligible to take the speaking exam. Announcements regarding exam times will be made on our University's Erasmus website.

Important Note: The Erasmus+ KA131 Student Mobility Programme is NOT a FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAM. It is expected that applicant students already possess sufficient foreign language proficiency to carry out their mobility abroad without any difficulties.

Important Note: One quota has been allocated to each faculty. However, if there are no applications from any faculty, the remaining quota will be transferred to the faculty with the highest number of applications. This transfer will be made based on ranking and score priority.

Important Note: Study mobility procedures must be completed by July 31, 2026.
