Erasmus scores (50% language score and 50% GPA) were taken into consideration, and the Final Erasmus Score was calculated according to the evaluation criteria and weighted scoring table used in the previous announcement regarding mobility applications.
The list of all students who participated in the exam held between 02–04 December 2025 and have been selected to benefit from the Erasmus program for the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Fall and Spring Semesters) has been announced.
Grant allocations have been distributed equally among the faculties based on application and quota status.
Students who have been selected with grant support but do not participate in the mobility without officially withdrawing will receive a 10-point deduction in their next Erasmus application.
Students who wish to withdraw from the study mobility must send their Withdrawal Petitionto erasmus@okan.edu.tr no later than 16 January 2026 (23:59) .
Students who are on the reserve list may choose to continue their mobility and procedures without grant support. Those who wish to continue without a grant must send an e-mail to erasmus@okan.edu.trstating their name–surname, student number, and department, along with the expression “I would like to participate in the mobility without grant support.”
For appeals, students must send their Appeal Petition to erasmus@okan.edu.trby 5 January 2026 (23:59) . The final list may change after the evaluation of appeal petitions. Please follow the announcements on our website.
Students with a Final Erasmus Score below 60 points are not eligible for participation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that all study mobility activities must be completed by 31 July 2027 .
