Erasmus scores (50% language score and 50% GPA) have been taken into consideration, and the Erasmus Final Score has been calculated according to the evaluation criteria and weighted scoring table announced in our previous call for mobility applications.
The list of students who took the exam between 2–4 December 2025 and have been selected to benefit from the Erasmus Traineeship Program for the Summer Term of 2026 has been published.
If a student who has been granted financial support (grant) withdraws from the program, the grant will be transferred to the next student on the reserve list. In such a case, our office will contact the relevant student directly via e-mail.
Students on the reserve list may continue their Erasmus activities and procedures without grant support if they wish to do so.
Students who wish to withdraw from the traineeship mobility must submit their Withdrawal Petition to erasmus@okan.edu.tr by 16 January 2026 (23:59).
(Students who move up from the reserve list will be contacted directly by our office.)
For appeals, students must send their Appeal Petition to erasmus@okan.edu.tr by 5 January 2026 (23:59).
NOTE: The deadline for submitting acceptance letters to our office is 20 February 2026.
Students who have been awarded a grant but fail to submit their acceptance letter by this date will lose their grant right, which will be transferred to the next reserve student.
NOTE: The final list may change after the evaluation of appeal petitions. Please follow the announcements on our website.
NOTE: Our university has decided to provide Erasmus+ traineeship grants for a duration of 2 months.
NOTE: Only the highest-scoring student from each faculty has been included in the quota.
NOTE: Students with an Erasmus score below 60 points were not eligible for selection.
