Erasmus success scores (language score: 50%; GPA: 50%) were taken into account, and the Erasmus final score was calculated according to the evaluation criteria and weighted score table used to evaluate mobility applications in our previous announcement.
The list of all students who participated in the exam held from September 8–10, 2025, and who are eligible to benefit from the Erasmus program for the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year has been announced.
Grants were distributed equally among faculties according to application and quota status.
Students who are selected for a grant but do not participate in the mobility program without waiving their rights will have 10 points deducted from their next application.
Students wishing to waive their right to study abroad must submit their waiver requests to erasmus@okan.edu.tr by October 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
Students who wish to appeal the results must submit their appeal letters to erasmus@okan.edu.tr by October 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. The final list may change after the letters of appeal have been evaluated. Please follow the announcements on our website.
Students with an Erasmus success score below 60 points are not eligible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember that the study mobility procedures must be completed by July 31, 2026.
