About the Instructor

Demet Demirer, PMP, PSM1
Master of Architecture (ITU)

Demet Demirer, who defines the purpose of life to take as an active role in the change towards the good, to learn and develop continuously, completed her high school education at TED Kayseri College. After she completed her bachelor's and master's degree at Istanbul Technical University, more than 20 year she worked as a manager in construction and manufacturing sector, led innovation and digital transformation projects and served as project management consultant.

Since 2015, she has been she has been coaching / mentoring / consulting / training to SMEs and large-scale companies with the purpose of developing and implementing competitive new ideas that are solution-oriented and commercializing the idea, under her own brand enterprise “DEĞİŞİM MİMARI - İnovatif Yönetim Danışmanlığı”


Workshop Content

Questions we will work on in the workshop:

- How is innovation done through systematic perspective change?

- How is it possible to see something that is in front of us, but not seen before?

- How can Aristotle help us innovate?

The workshop will be held on 2 May, 2019 Thursday from 13.30 to 16.30. The quota is limited to 25 people, when the quota limit is reached the registration will be closed.

About the Instructor

He was born in 1971 in Istanbul. After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Mathematics Teaching, he received his MA degree in Philosophy at Galatasaray University. He received his Postgraduate's Degree in Drama in Education from Birmingham City University and is currently writing his doctoral dissertation on Philosophy at Galatasaray University. He acted as an actor in Boğaziçi University Actors. He worked as a theater instructor at Galatasaray High School and later as one of the founders of Galatasaray Stage at Galatasaray University and worked as a theater director. In 1999, he wrote and directed a short film entitled fest Otuzdört fest (The Thirty Four), which won many awards at national festivals and was shown at international festivals.

He took part in the as a training designer and consultant for 10 years in TUBITAK, - Industry Management and Administration Institute where he was entered in 2002. While continuing his doctoral studies, he has been conducting İnanç Ayar, HerGünÖğren and Fikri Tesisat projects since 2006.
