The exam will take place on November 16, between 14-16 hours. Applications will be taken online (http://www.kimoerasmus.com/okan) between November 5 and November 12. Once online application is completed, the system will send you a copy of your application form. Please bring a fully signed copy of the form and last transcripts of records to the Erasmus Office.

1. Click on “Öğrenci başvuru”
2. Select “kayıt ol” and fill in your data in order to complete your registration on the system.
3. After filling in your data, please click again on “kayıt ol” which you will see down on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. After you complete your registration, you will receive an email notification, please click on the link in the e-mail for your account verification; then you will be able to login your account and complete your application.

Conditions for application:

This exam is only for 2015-2016 Spring term study exchange programme, only the students who are on the second, third and fourth year can apply for this exam.

The minimum GPA for undergraduate students should be 2.20/4 and for Master and PhD students 2.50/4.
